Andrew Fritz
Owner
Andrew was born and raised in the Dahinda-Williamsfield area. He has received several horticulture-related degrees from Joliet Junior College and has experience working in the Chicago and Quad City markets. He returned to the area in 2005 and started the business with a pickup truck, small tractor, and pull-behind trailer. In 15+ years, he's met many customers and fellow tradesmen/contractors and especially enjoys working with return customers. He lives in rural Dahinda with his wife Gwen and is very active in the community. If you see him, give him a wave or thumbs up!
Jose Armando Favela
Foreman
Jose is originally from Durango, Mexico but graduated and resides in Kewanee, IL. He already has an established career as a capable mechanic and crew leader, working previously with a local fruit and vegetable cannery, and now several years as a landscaper with us. He's friendly, bilingual, and detail oriented on the jobsite.
Ava Alford
Plant Specialist
Ava was also born and raised in the area. She received degrees from Illinois Central College and Southern Illinois University in the horticulture/botany/biology fields. She has interned several places, even outside the country. She worked for us during her high school and junior college years, and joined up with us in recent years again. She is warm and friendly and especially enjoys working with landscape plants. She oversees a majority of our lawn and landscape services.
